Anti-Globalism Action Network (AGAN), an ad hoc collection of anti-globalism activists, has endorsed the Global Day of Action to Oppose War on Iraq on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003. "We are confident that our members and supporters will bring the same enthusiasm for direct action that was exhibited at the G-8 protests in Calgary last summer," stated AGAN spokesman Anthony Phillips. AGAN supporters have been actively distributing literature to alert the public to the roots of America's hostility toward Iraq and encourage the public to attend this important protest.
